Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 always ship for free!

When can I expect my item to arrive?

With a few exceptions (holidays, weekends, etc.), orders ship within 3 business days. The transit time is dependent on the carrier. Typically we use USPS First Class for packages under a pound and USPS Priority for packages over a pound. For very large packages, we do sometimes use UPS. You should receive tracking information by email. 

*We do have some products that ship directly to you from our vendor's warehouses. These items ship within 3-5 business.

What is your shipping rate?

Our current flat rate shipping is $7. However, if you spend $75 or more shipping is free! 

Do you offer Local pickup?

Some of our items ship from our vendor's warehouses in Los Angeles. Those items are not available for Local Pickup. If you purchase an items that is stocked here (Saint Johns, FL), you are welcome to swing by and pick it up. Please contact us at shopstriped@gmail.com or via messenger to arrange details. 

What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?

Once your package leaves us, its location is out of our hands. The first step would be to contact your local post office. All USPS employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered. If they’re not able to help, please email us at shopstriped@gmail.com.
