Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopstriped@gmail.com.

We accept returns of new, unused items within 14 days of receipt, in exchange for store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your package and have confirmed that returned items are in new condition, you will be issued a store credit via email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SEASONAL (HOLIDAY) ITEMS, FLASH SALES, LAST ONE SALES, MYSTERY BOXES and SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS. All sales during our End of Year Sale are also final.
