RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at shopstriped@gmail.com.

We accept returns on most new, unused items. The following items are not eligible for return: Sale & Clearance items, Holiday items, Last One items, Mystery Box items, Shoes and items that you received more than 30 days ago.

STEP 1: Email us at shopstriped@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to make a return. Please include your name, order number and description of item(s) you'd like to return.

STEP 2: Within 48 hours you'll receive a return label via email for all eligible items.

STEP 3: Print your return label, attach it to a polymailer packed with your item(s) and drop it at the post office.

STEP 4: We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your package and issue your store credit.

Refunds - We only issue refunds for damaged items. Please email us as soon as you realize your item(s) is damaged and include description and pictures.

Cancelling Orders - We are only able to cancel orders if you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time period, the warehouse begins processing your order and we are unable to cancel. You can contact us about making a return once your receive your order.
